Streamline Your Success
Supply chain management is the coordination and integration of business activities, including procuring materials and services, scheduling and creating products and services that respond to market demands, planning and executing logistics, forecasting future demand and planning supply responses, and managing supply chain network strategies.
Success requires developing relationships with partners, managing flows of information and materials, and having keen insight into cash flow and profitability. Increased competitive pressures, the global environment, sophisticated customers, fast-changing markets, a myriad of global risks, and technological innovations make supply chain management a source of competitive distinction. No matter how a company chooses to satisfy customers and achieve financial objectives, the supply chain is a potent strategic resource to help it deliver more value, lower costs, and more agile responses in the face of steady change. Opportunities are numerous, varied, and global, and forecasters are expecting healthy employment markets.
Commonwealth University's SCM program is designed using competency models from leading professional organizations. Recognizing the interdisciplinary nature of SCM, the program draws expertise from all business disciplines — accounting, finance, information technology management, management, and marketing — and integrates content through collaborative course design and delivery.

- Powerful Combinations: Customize your education and create additional career options through a selection of minors and double majors such as: Management, Information Technology and Analytics, International Business, Marketing and Professional Sales.
- Accelerated MBA: Start your MBA your senior year through the Accelerated MBA program, which allows students from any major to use MBA classes towards upper-level undergraduate coursework. Students can choose from one of 7 concentrations: Accounting, Analytics, Healthcare Management, Leadership and Human Resources, Marketing, Strategic Global Decisions, and a Build-Your-Own option!
- Zeigler Institute for Professional Development (ZIPD): Sponsors executive panels, seminars, and a business conference to help students develop professional skills and network with alumni.
